The Cast of Sex and The City Celebrate 25 Years

Happy Anniversary!

It has been 25 years since the most iconic TV show, Sex and the City first hit our screens. Can you believe it?

We were first introduced to Carrie Bradshaw, Charlotte York, Miranda Hobbes and Samantha Jones in June 1998. For six years we followed the four friends as they navigated the dating New York dating scene.

The franchise has since brought us two feature films, as well as recent spin-off series, And Just Like That.

The stars of the show have taken to Instagram to celebrate the momentous occasion.

Sarah Jessica Parker posted a snap of a dainty gold chain with her character’s name across it, writing in the caption: “It’s our silver anniversary but the memories will always be golden.”

Cynthia Nixon reflected on her time as the fiery red-headed lawyer, Miranda, in her Instagram post. She has an image of her dressed in character from season one alongside a more recent photo of herself.

Kristin Davis shared similar sentiment to her co-stars saying that she felt lucky to be a part of the show memorable show.
