The Self Care Sessions Takes Wellness & Sound Magic To Galway

The second of VIP and STELLAR’s Self Care Sessions took place in Galway this week – were you there?

Our fabulous event took place in the beautiful Galmont Hotel & Spa, and featured wellness and health chats from a range of exciting speakers, and a gorgeous sound healing session.

Cleanmarine PeriodPlan once again partnered with us for this event, and we were joined by skincare brand Aveeno, who gifted some of their gorgeous new products to attendees.

First, the amazing Síle Seoige was on hand to discuss her personal wellness journey and answer any questions guests might have had.

Cleanmarine Nutritional Therapist Norma Psillos then led an insightful discussion on eating to support your period, hormone health, and managing period cravings, before one lucky attendee won a three month’s supply of Cleanmarine PeriodPlan!

Counselling psychologist Dr Suzanne McClean recommended the best ways to mind your mind, and Sound Magic Ireland’s Kasia Slabon led a transformative sound healing session. Just gorgeous.

Aveeno supplied attendees with their new Skin Renewal range, including their Gentle Body Scrub, Smoothing Cream and Firming Lotion, as well as the Aveeno Daily Moisture Oat Milk Shampoo and Conditioner for Dry Hair.

Guests left the event with a fabulous goodie bag full of Aveeno products (above), and goodies from Dr PawPaw, Penneys, and Cleanmarine. They were only spoiled!

Thanks to Galway’s The Galmont Hotel & Spa, Galway, who provided delicious bites and cocktails in the fabulous surroundings of The Veranda.
