There Was A Bit Of Embarrassment At The Opening Of Twitter’s New Dublin HQ Today
The offices are COOL AF though.
Twitter’s Dublin offices relocated to a new home on Cumberland Place this morning, and with a new premises came some seriously cool new facilities.
After the official opening by MD Mark Little, employees at Twitter’s EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia) HQ were allowed in to roam the new workspaces, taste the food at one of the many restaurants and cafés on site and generally give us all a sh*t ton of #OfficeEnvy.
There were the gorgeous views, for one thing.

A new Monday and a new office for @TwitterDublin. It’s the little details – our #LoveWhereYouWork sign and the nods to the team’s history. pic.twitter.com/28MYXYznvH

When it came to checking out the workspaces however, we reckon there must have been a few red faces, as each desk was decked out with a framed print of every employee’s first tweet.

Aside from that though it, seemed like all the good parts of the first day at a new school.
There were even schoolbags! Well, kinda.
The gorgey tote bags were provided by Damn Fine Print who were there to show each employee how to make their own.

In terms of food options, well… let’s just say there was a lot more on offer than your standard office kitchen.
The new Twitter HQ has a café and coffee bar, for one, named Paragon after the legendary Fenian St chipper of yore.
My favourite touch: the coffee bar is named after the gone but not forgotten Fenian Street chippers, Paragon. #GoLiveDublin pic.twitter.com/GZenA95rVm

Then there was sushi and all kinds of fine dining delights:

And if you’re in the mood for a carb-fest, the office comes decked out with its own PIZZA OVEN.

Hold us.
Yup, safe to say we’re feeling juuuust a little bit jealous rn (except for those first tweet print-outs).
