She's got a pretty savvy hack when it comes to defining her midriff.
It’s no secret that when it comes to burning body fat and toning up there’s no magic formula. It takes quite a bit of figuring out and working to your body’s individual needs.
Still, it can be useful to find out what other gym regulars find effective and that’s why we’re all ears for Kendall Jenner’s latest ab advice.
The reality star turned model has been dishing on her ab routine on her app and happily we’re delighted to report that it doesn’t involve putting in hours upon hours on the gym floor.
That said, she does work hard. Like, seriously hard.
“My abs are my favourite thing to work out. I love it when my trainer, Gunnar Peterson, kills my abs,” she writes. “The next day, it hurts to even laugh. That’s how I know I’m doing the exercises right!”
So what’s she been doing then?
Well, as the holy grail of ab exercises, it’s not surprisingly that situps and crunches are top of her workout list. What’s really interesting though is how the model insures she actually gets in her designated number of reps.
“Sometimes when I’m watching TV, I think to myself, ‘I should be doing crunches and situps right now.’ Then I get off the couch and do it,”
So there you have it. The secret to Victoria’s Secret-worthy abs is simply making proper use of your Netflix binge and getting those crunches done during the boring bits.
It’s that easy apparently. A girl can but dream, eh?
