Our Fave Love Islander Niall Has Quit The Show For ‘Personal Reasons’

Our fave lad Niall has officially quit the Love Island villa today for ‘personal reasons’. What?!

The Islander, who first coupled up with Kendall on day one before re-coupling with Georgia on Friday, has left the show for good.

Niall’s departure will be seen on tonight’s episode as Dr Alex informs the rest of the islanders, saying:

For personal reasons unfortunately he can’t continue or come back to the villa.

Georgia reacts with shock as she tells the confessional camera how she felt about Niall: “Obviously I was coupled up with him so obviously I came closer to him than most people in here but it wasn’t just that. He was actually my friend, my buddy.”

Niall’s close friend in the villa, Alex, also spoke about his departure.”I’m obviously sad that Niall’s left the villa. We got on really, really well.”

“He’s such a great guy. And I look forward to catching up with him and having some fun with him outside.”

There’s been no further explanation about why the 23-year-old construction worker has quit the show.

In his interview before the show, Niall revealed that he applied for the right reasons: “I am going in there and I want to find love.

I don’t care who a lad is – if he is big, better looking, I’m still going in there and I’ll still rock up and try and chat up his missus.”

I wouldn’t say I’m a wind up, I just don’t really think about consequences. Some people might see massive guys happy with their girl and not want to rock the boat but I will try it. What’s the worst that can happen?!

Niall was previously one of the favourites to win the show thanks to his cheeky persona. We’ll miss him!
