Blac Chyna Has Been Granted A Temporary Restraining Order Against Rob Kardashian

It doesn't cover the pair’s 8-month-old daughter, Dream, however.

Blac Chyna was granted a temporary restraining order against Rob Kardashian yesterday by a court in Los Angeles, and while she was there with her attorney Lisa Bloom, Rob Kardashian did not attend the proceedings.

Instead, he was represented by his legal team, Robert Shapiro and Sam Klein.

The restraining order does not cover the pair’s 8-month-old daughter, Dream Kardashian, and the L.A. Superior Court Commissioner James E. Blancarte said Rob and Chyna will have to figure out a visitation schedule.

As it stands, the child’s nanny drops her off between parents, so it’s likely that will continue.

The restraining order comes after Rob posted a series of explicit images of his ex girlfriend online, along with derogatory comments about her body and accusations of cheating.

He did so in retaliation to a video she had sent to him of her kissing another man, which she revealed in an interview with Good Morning America yesterday was an attempt to make him leave her alone.
