Glen Powell has finally addressed the rumours that he had an affair with his co-star Sydney Sweeney.
The pair spent months together in Australia filming for their rom-com Anyone But You – and a number of suggestive pictures and videos began speculation they were more than just friends.
The rumours were further fuelled when Glen’s then-girlfriend, Gigi Paris, reportedly broke things off with him during filming, according to People.

While Glen stayed quiet about the alleged affair, Sydney was quick to brush off the rumours.
The Euphoria star shared she felt that fans were creating chemistry out of nothing because it made the film more exciting.
Speaking to Variety, Sydney – who is engaged to restaurateur Jonathon Davino – laughed off any speculation.
“That’s what people want! Glen and I don’t really care,” she said.

“We have so much fun together, and we respect each other so much; he’s such a hard worker, and I’m a hard worker. We’re excited for the press tour.”
Now, Glen has commented on the rumours.
The Top Gun: Maverick actor told Men’s Health this week that being the butt of speculation in the media didn’t feel fair.
“When all that stuff happened, you know, publicly, it felt disorienting and unfair,” he confessed.

“But what I’m realising is that’s just a part of this gig now,” he went on.
So, we guess poor Glen has truly been anointed by Hollywood.
After all, are you really famous if you haven’t been involved in an affair scandal?!
Looking at the fan response to his and Sydney’s rom-com, that might be the least of his problems for a while!
