Yep, Dua Lipa ‘Fired’ Her Manager After He Tried To Stop Kneecap Performing At Glastonbury
Okay, queen
If you needed another reason to love Dua Lipa, look no further.
The star has long been a vocal supporter of Palestine, and if reports are true, she isn’t about to work with anyone who doesn’t share her views.
Apparently, Dua cut ties with her manager David Levy after he signed a letter calling for Kneecap to be removed from the Glastonbury lineup.
A source told theย Daily Mail: โDua made sure through her people that David Levy wasnโt working on her music any more. She is very openly pro-Palestine, and that doesnโt align with David.โ
โShe views him as being a supporter of Israelโs war in Gaza, and the terrible treatment of the Palestinians and that was made very clear through the letter that he signed and sent to Michael Eavis.โ

Dua has long been vocal about her support for Palestinians. Last year, she told her 88 million followers: โBurning children alive can never be justified. The whole world is mobilising to stop the Israeli genocide. Please show your solidarity with Gaza.โ
She has also criticised the “Israeli genocide” and called for an end to the conflict.
Kneecap have been banned from multiple festivals this year due to their condemnation of Israel and its role in the destruction of Gaza and its people.
The trio did play Glastonbury, but the BBC chose not to broadcast their performance, deeming it “high risk.” The band shared pro-Palestine messages on stage, and shared their support for Palestine Action – a campaign group who were recently banned in the UK.
Following their performance at the festival, a criminal investigation was launched into comments made by the trio. Charges have since been dropped.
Kneecap called the investigation “political policing intimidation” and said their performance at Glastonbury was a “celebration of love and solidarity.”
